How do I know when to place my order?

You will receive automated emails notifications when the next order window is approaching, once the order window opens, and on the last day that orders can be placed for that week.

Why do I need to have an even case quantity in my cart in order to check out?

In order to keep shipping costs as low for you as possible, we found it most economical to ship two cases at a time. As long as the total cases in your cart are even, you can choose as many varieties of snacks as will suit your needs.

How do I change my shipping address?

We must receive authorization in advance from a KinderCare representative in order to change or update your shipping information. Please reach out to ChampionsOperations@KinderCare.com at KinderCare and we will correct it on our end.
